Delete Your Dweetly Account & Data
Under Google Play policies and global privacy standards, you have the right to permanently delete your Dweetly account and wipe all associated data stored on our servers.
What will be permanently deleted?
When you confirm account deletion, our automated pipeline permanently deletes the following records immediately:
User Credentials: Name, email, hashed password, phone, and tokens.
Ingestion Forms: All custom form configurations & public endpoints.
Lead Records: All visitor inquiry logs, contact info, and custom field answers.
Push Tokens: Paired Google Firebase (FCM) tokens and device links.
Subscriptions: Active plans, feature allocations, and usage records.
Sub-Clients & Staff: If Agency owner, all sub-accounts and assignments.
Important: Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once deleted, your forms will cease collecting leads and your previous submissions cannot be recovered.
